It is now impossible that possession of Kellys house
can be obtained at the same time as Edenmore. The Nuns were hoping
to be able to reside in that house while the work was belng done at
Edenmore. Alternatively Mother de Pazzi thought that perhaps
(subject to Your Grace's approval) they might be able to occupy the
Gate Lodge. The views of Mr Jones the Architect about this Gate
Lodge are set out in my letter of I9th instant to Mother de Pazzi.

I have received your kind letter of the I8th February
regarding the "Edenmore" plans. I am particularly pleased
that you Iike them.
We gave the planning a great deal of consideration and
thought and we think that Mother de Pazzi is well satisfied
wlth the planning arrangements
We wroté to her on the 23rd January to Rome and recommended
Mr. Cooney as Builder for the work. Mr. Cooney is building the
New Hall at Sherrard Street and he is giving us great satisfaction.
I thank you for your kind wishes which I heartily reciprocate.
Yours respectfully,

Dear Monsignor Sheehy,
Many thanks for your help and advice in regard
to the setting up of a Board of Governors for St.
Joseph's Nursing Home, Raheny.
The material you lent me is interesting and very
helpful. I will return it later. Please pardon the
delay in acknowledging it.
I intend to return to Raheny towards the end of
July when I hope we can find some suitable people to
form the nucleus of s Governing Body. Since our tele-
phone conversation, I have been given the names of
one or two people who may be eligible for membership
of this board.
With renewed gratitude for all your help.
Sincerely in Christ,
Sister Mary Peter
