Letter(almost indecipherable) from G. O'Donnell, Newcastle-under=? concerning mainly his brother. An attempt at deciphering it, made by Fr. Fabian Grogan is attacjed. Not clear what this has to do with us.

Paris House: Avenue Hoche: letter (mutilated: embossed shield on p 1 has been cut out, but is included on p 3) from Mdlle. A.ma Frohrner (?), chez les Dames Dominicaines, avenue de Ste. Foy Neuilly sur Seine, pres de Paris, to an unknown Passionist who had just been changed from our Paris House to England. She asks him to find her a place as a tutor or female companion so that she may perfect her English, in view of her taking up teaching in Germany. Attached to this document are a transcription and translation done by a student-postulant, Barry Spencer, now Fr. Paul Francis.

Devine, C.P., Pius: XEROX copy (of a Xerox copy) of the original letter by Pius Devinr. C.P., Holy Cross Retreat, Crumlin Road, Belfast, to James Pearse ( father of Padraic Pearse) Dublin. Pius testefies that he had received James Pearse; his former wife and children into the Church round about 1870 or 1869 after Pius having instructed him.
