Mount Argus; Lands: Quarry Field: Fr Richard Curran, CP, Rector, Mount Argus, Dublin, to Mr. Nolan/Whelan, c/o L. & F. 29, Ely Place, Dublin. Refers to offer to sell Quarry Field for £2.750. Refers back to previous correspondence in 1914 (when £3,000 was asked). Since 1914 the houses have been sold for £1,400: so sum of £1,660 for field alone has been increased by £1,150! He is prepared to recommend to Provincial the price of £2,000 for field now in 1920. But Whelan would have to deal with plot holders claims, if any.
