Letter from +Riberi to +McQuaid stating that the Sacred Congregation of Seminaries and Universities has organised the first National Italian Congress for Ecclesiastical Vocations. Cardinal Pizzardo, Prefect of the Sacred Congregation would like a representative from each country to attend, preferably the person in charge of diocesan vocations. As there is no National Director in Ireland, and there is not much time before the event, it is hoped that the Hierarchy would allow the appointment of Mgr. Donal Herlihy of the Irish College.
