Correspondence between Neil Blaney, Minister for Local Government, +McQuaid and Mgr. Boylan regarding the road safety campaign. The most important influence in the country is that of religious leaders and the Minister is appealing to them to remind all road users of their moral obligations in relation to themselves and others. In the last ten years almost 3,000 were killed, 50,000 injured at a cost of 5 million. +McQuaid will be glad to see what he can do in forming a more accurate conscience and a greater unselfishness.
