Typed note to + McQuaid stating that Mr. Roche does not think that his idea is imprudent. Perhaps his local CC would go into the matter with him in light of the answer given by His Grace. It would be better for him to give lectures on the plight of Catholics behind the Curtain. Note in Archbishop’s hand says he will not agree to underground lectures.
