Nothing allows trustees to forego interest. A court order would be required for this. Suggests Dominic write to Trustee's solicitor,, J.H. Bolton, 11 Gray's Inn Square, London and ask to be let off interest. If Mr. Rook consents, court might allow it. The question of the interest has to be settled first.
