Statement of Accounts re building-work enclosed (at time of entering this item the statement mentioned was missing). Alexis has already paid £1,355.17..10 (£1,355.89) out of the £2,000. He will pay the remainder in Feb. and hopes to pay another £500 before May; so he is not all that extravagant, he claims. Could Mr Donnelly have his £2,OO: he too has to pay bills?

Paying off that £2,000 was very good; hopes the £500 by May will come off. Prov. thinks the £11,551 + £100/200 should clear all. Alexis to get further details from contractors. This for the Consulta.
