Typee letter from Maud Gonne MacBride to + McQuaid regarding the needs of Dublin children. Their needs now are greater than in 1913. Owing to the lack of coal, its increased price and the rising cost of food it is impossible for numbers of poor mothers to give their children hot meals. Begs him to use his influence to have the big kitchens in the Mansion House made available.
