Note from +Griffin to +McQuaid regarding their recent conversation on banking matters. He has arranged a bank loan with a fixed interest rate. The bank require a letter as security and the loan will be constituted as a debt of Westminster Diocese. The deeds of the church will be held by Westminster thus avoiding all legal costs.
