Gives tenants' names, gale days, yearly rents, arrears due, total amounts due and received, and poor rates income tax allowed for each. Reverend Peter Duff of Saint Joseph’s, Blackrock, is named regarding the trusts.

A rental and account book of the Barbavilla Estate in County Westmeath held by Henry M. Smythe. The entries run from 1 May 1890 to 18 February 1891. Entries are listed under denominations of land, tenant name, amount of one year’s rent due, total rent and arrears due, amounts received, and the poor rate allowed to tenants. The end pages of the volume have a reconcilement with the previous year’s rental furnished to Henry M. Smythe and a summary of the monies received per the rental.

The denominations include premises on Queen Street (a portion of the Assembly Rooms) and on Father Mathew Quay, the latter of which is occupied by the Capuchin friars. The yearly rents amount to £151 5s 6d.
