With a letter from John Lanigan & Nolan to Fr. Bonaventure Murphy OFM Cap. confirming that the purchase of John Slater’s premises has been completed. The file also includes an acknowledgment from John Slater, a rent receipt and a certificate of rateable valuation for the said holding (30 Jan. 1939).
