There is a good house standing in 2 acres, Got the place and fixtures for £3,000 and now there will be £4,000 to build church, and £100 per year for 3 years. Mount Atgus; Bequests: Ms copy of the WILL of ANNE CASEY, to which is a N.B. added saying she died on 18 February 1901, her husband died 20 March 1904, and so Miss Mary Maud Bolger came into to possession. The husband made the Rector, Wm Arthur Bolger, his residuary Legatee, under PROBATE 19th May 1904.

O'Connel1 & Son, Solrs., 34 Kildare street, Dublin, to Very Reverend FELlX (i.e.,Sabastian) Slean, CP, Mount Argus, Dublin. Court case re estate of George Tandy Wilkinson: Fr. Bolger a RC Chaplain, claimed he was entitled to part of this estate as he was the legatee of his sister who had an interest. This brought the CPs into the case. Mr. Justice Wylie, rejected on a technicality the CP claims and ruled that Father Bolger was entitled to the £461. Solrs. did't think that an appeal would succeed , and if it didn't the CPs would be about £24 out of pocket..

William Arthur Bolger, 8 Mansion Row, Old Brompton, Chatham, Kent, England in the matter. Claims that as the civil Court ruled on the basis of a Penal Law, and as Canon Law is pretty stiff on the pious Wishes of people being carried out, he informs Fr. B. the matter is being brought to the attention of the Holy See.
