A diary for the year 1923 which contains entries relating to baptisms, deaths, purchases for the convent, building works and salaries paid. The diary also contains lists of addresses and contributions. The diary continued to be used for recording information until January 1960. Loose material within the diary comprised a leaflet on Jesuit Missions, an Examination in Religious Knowledge paper, notes on the death of Presentation Sisters, newspaper clippings, addresses, an employee reference letter, receipts and accounting notes.

Newspaper clippings from The Nationalist regarding a dispute over land sold by the Presentation Sisters in Cashel. The land at St. Francis Abbey had been sold on the provision that it would be used for the creation of a town park but Cashel Town Council instead granted planning permission for the construction of a hotel on the site. This permission was later refused by An Bord Pleanála.
