The letter binds the Rosminians to use the school for charitable work. The file also contains a letter from Dominick Gazzola about the setting up of the school. The file also contains a document starting the `Rules and Regulations' for industrial schools in Ireland signed by John Morley. There are also letters referring to a grant of Pound3,000 and a letter from the Chief Secretary's Office to Count Moore refusing to allow the increase the size of the school from 100 children to 150.
