The note refers to Mrs Magrane who has agreed to her sell her interest in the said properties to the friars for £150. She has also agreed ‘to give immediate possession [of] these premises adjoining the new church on the west side facing Bow Street [where] the priests intend to build a college on the plot when in their possession’.
