Vincent's letter, as if in reply to Prov's, deals with a financial claim from a Mrs. Held who, he says gave £1000 and was to receive 5% during her lifetime. She was then housekeeper in Evesham: looked after church and got priest his breakfast. Vincent bought furniture at a valuation and paid her. Part went to Warehams: this would not have been done if it were not ours.
