Mount Argus: Bequests: George Tandy Wilkinson's Estate: Typewritten from Thomas F. O'Connel1 & Son, Solrs., 34 Kildare street, Dublin, to Very Reverend FELlX (i.e.,Sabastian) Slean, CP, Mount Argus, Dublin. Court case re estate of George Tandy Wilkinson: Fr. Bolger a RC Chaplain, claimed he was entitled to part of this estate as he was the legatee of his sister who had an interest. This brought the CPs into the case. Mr. Justice Wylie, rejected on a technicality the CP claims and ruled that Father Bolger was entitled to the £461. Solrs. did't think that an appeal would succeed , and if it didn't the CPs would be about £24 out of pocket..

Mount Argus: Confraternity - Men.s Branch - Habited Branch or Confraternity: minute book of weekly meetings of council of Confraternity of Most Holy Cross and Passìon, Mount Argus 1913 - 1931; It is not clear if this applies strictly to the Habited branch. It possibly does not, as there is a separate minute book for a simillar period for the Habited Branch. This volume is entitled "The Council". so it probably refers to the unhabited branch, i.e. the main body of the Confraternity.
