Benedict Phelan OSFC is elected enabling him to attend the Provincial Chapter. It is noted that there are seventeen friars present in the community. The declaration is signed by Fr. Angelus Healy OSFC and Fr. Stanislaus Kavanagh OSFC.

Cunningham and O’Brady. ‘Thunder’s Court’ and ‘Willis Court Yard’ are also marked on the plan. With a cover envelope addressed to Fr. Stanislaus Kavanagh OFM Cap. endorsed: ‘What head rents do you pay and to whom? Name of solicitors?’
