No bicycles. No smoking (except as medicine). No yearly vacation. No 2 half-days a week. Director to be free to be Director. No going outsde Province. Stick to Holy See's regulations re Masses. No debts without permission.

First to be paid on 01.11.1884 and on same day for next 20 years (up to 1903). No interest payable.
