Statement on ‘Vigilance’. It states that it should secure information from a group of people who know the problems of diocesan security. Vigilance should not be disbanded at this time. Regarding the revolution in UCD, reports are being received from six people. The evaluation of information should be carried out by the people who are collecting it. The Secretary can then make a comprehensive report summarizing both the information and evaluation.

As there are changes in liturgical texts, the evangelical theme of the Good Shepherd is no longer found in the liturgy of the second Sunday after Easter.
