Mrs Louisa Forde had land leased to her in 1900 for a term of sixty years. ‘The rent she pays goes to the support of the St Joseph’s College which is a college for the preparation and theological education of students aspiring to the R[oman] C[atholic] Priesthood, which is a charitable object’.
