Schedule containing statements showing the ‘number of persons who, prior to the disaster, resided in Nos. 66 and 67 (the houses were completely demolished), the number killed, injured, and left homeless. The statement also includes the number killed and injured in house No. 64, and the amount of grants given’.

• Meeting of the St. Patrick League of the Cross at Church Street.
• Reports relating to the solemn triduum in honour of the Blessed Mary Magdalen at St. Mary of the Angels, Church Street ('Freeman’s Journal', 10 June 1901) at which Archbishop William Walsh referred to the continuing disabilities against Catholic religious orders particularly in respect of bequests which have been declared illegal by the courts.
• Report on a retreat for the Brothers of the Third Order of St. Francis at St. Mary of the Angels led by Fr. Augustine Hayden OSFC and Fr. Pius Duggan OSFC. The Rosary was recited ‘for the speedy release of the Irishmen who are now suffering in English Prisons’. 'Evening Herald', 6 Nov. 1916.

The series includes records of masses, internal community records and minute books, correspondence, schedules and records of elections (mainly for the guardianship of the Cork house).

This section includes registers and appointment books recording the names of Capuchin priests celebrating masses at Holy Trinity Church in Cork. Historical mass books (pre-dating circa 1970) have evidently been lost. However, Fr. Angelus Healy OFM Cap. (1875-1953) took extracts from some of the original (and now lost) mass registers for the purposes of his historical research. Some of this research has survived (see CA HT/7/7 and CA HT/7/8).

The file includes a note re the desired formula for a declaration to be signed at the reception of converts to the Catholic faith and a sanction for the creation of a young men’s’ sodality at Holy Trinity Church.

The section also includes correspondence from solicitors engaged in legal work connected with the conveyance of property. The material is divided into three sub-series relating to the approximate location of the plots of ground to which the document refers: Queen Street (later Father Mathew Street); Charlotte Quay (later Father Mathew Quay); St. Joseph’s Cemetery; Other locations in Cork.
