Memorandum of agreement of Stephen Lalor [var. Lawlor], builder, Walkin Street, Kilkenny with Fr. Fidelis Neary OSFC, guardian, Capuchin Friary. The agreement (compiled by M.M. Murphy, solicitor) stipulates that Lalor will complete the building works on the Capuchin Friary and Chapel in Kilkenny according to the specifications set down by Samuel Francis Hynes, architect. The total cost of the works and labour is £3,430 13s 4d.

Two sets of signatures with one noting the number of shares taken by each subscriber. The signatures are dated 2 January 1912. The objective of the memorandum is ‘to acquire and take over the Colleges, known as Scoil Éanna and Scoil Ide, now carried on at Rathfarnham, in the County of Dublin, and at Cullenswood Avenue, County of Dublin, with the goodwill of Mr. P.H. Pearse therein …’.

A membership certificate for the ‘Wolfe Tone and Ninety Eight Memorial Association’. The document presents four scenes broadly connected with the 1798 rebellion with titles: ‘Cave Hill Compact, June 11th, 1795; Dublin, 23rd July, 1803; French Landing at Killala, August 22nd 1798; Foundation stone, National Memorial, S. Green Dublin, laid August 15th 1898’.
