William Kenny QC (1846-1921), MP for St. Stephen’s Green (Dublin) from 1892 to 1898, and John Ross QC (1853-1935), MP for Londonderry city from 1892 to 1895.

A Christmas greeting card from Frank Ryan (Proinsias Ó Riain). The card dates to December 1937 and was probably sent to Fr. Senan Moynihan OFM Cap. The Spanish text translates as ‘Forward to victory over fascism in 1938!’. The greeting in Irish reads ‘Happy Christmas and New Year / from / the Irish Republican Army / “Connolly Battalion” / XV International Brigade / Army of the Republic of Spain / Christmas 1937’.
