Harrison, 4 Cheriton Place, Folkstone, to Fr, Francis Bamber, C.P. concerning the will of Anna Maria Maley, 8, Westcliff Gardens, Folkstone, in which Francis was bequeathed some Venexualan Bonds, He encloses copy of letter sent by him to Anna Maria's nephew, Robert O'Maley (see item under serial number 629). Harrison is anxious to know what Francis intends to do. See also item under serial number 830)

Mount Argus: River Poddle: Flooding: Copy letter from the Rectpr to the Irish Land Commision, concerning the flooding of Mount Argus lands from breach in the banks of the River Poddle in the field owned by Nolan-Whelan. The lands which are subject to floodjng are rented from the Commission and he informe the Commission that until the damage is repaired he wil not pay the rent. See previous items.

Superior Gemeral; Prelini, C.P. Bernard:Decree from the Sacred Congregation of Bishops and Regulars to all memebrs of the Congregation. As a result of a secret ballot, ordered by the Pope following the resignation of Fr. Dominic of the Name of Mary, the Pope (Pius IX) appoints Fr. Bernard of St. Joseph as General and makes other appointments to the other General office. Translation of the decree is attached.
