Report on the Conference of Ordinaries of Northern Rhodesia held in Lusaka in April 1945. The attendees included Monsignor Killian Flynn OFM Cap., Prefect Apostolic of Victoria Falls, and Fr. Minutes of community meeting convened by Fr. Angelus O’Neill OFM Cap., guardian, concerning the proposed renovations to St. Mary of the Angels and the adjoining Capuchin Friary. The meeting agreed that the re-wiring of the Friary was a priority and should be undertaken immediately. The meeting also declared that ‘work on … providing an Altar facing the people should be undertaken as a matter of urgency’. It was also affirmed that the ‘two side altars be removed and relocated to where the present shrine altars are: Our Lady, first, and St. Francis, second’.

Minutes of Comhlucht Chuilm Cille from 5th May 1957 to 1967, with accounts of two meetings in 1949/50 at the start.
It was originally an Irish-language society, but at the meeting of 4 October 1964, the observation was made that 'the present situation was that there was little Irish at the meetings'. The new chairman, Mr Roche, wanted to 'remedy this situation by holding one or two meetings through Irish during the year'. One entry is in Irish, but the rest is in English.

Minutes of Comhlucht Chuilm Cille (Cumann na Mac Léighinn) from its foundation in June 1938 to 24th March 1957. It was a debating, literary and drama society in Irish and English, but originally just in Irish when it was first founded. Debates on certain topics were held, as well as talks on particular subjects, and performances were given once a year at Christmas.
