A record of temperance badges circulated by the Capuchin friars from 1 January 1911 to 31 July 1913.

Listing of temperance badges circulated from September 1906 to 9 April 1914. The listing distinguishes between life and time-limited badges and those awarded to children. The total number of badges is noted as 1,039,149.

A plate showing a print of a large banquet. The banquet seemingly had a temperance connection. No identifying caption is extant.

Account book with details of receipts from the sale of temperance medals, manuals, certificates and crosses by the Irish Capuchin friars. Reference is made to certificates sold by Fr. Thomas Dowling OSFC (1874-1951) and Fr. Luke Sheehan OSFC (1873-1937). It is noted that Fr. Luke was a missionary at Steamer Point in Aden in 1903. The latter portion of the volume was subsequently used by Fr. Denis Corkery OFM Cap. (1914-1997) as a notebook for transcribing material (mostly in Irish and French). The dates of these entries are c.1970.

The subseries includes files relating to the commemoration in 1938 of the centenary of the temperance movement initiated by Fr. Theobald Mathew OSFC.
