Case regarding the Increase of Rent Act 1923 by Thomas L McCann KC [King's Counsel]. The document tracks the change of possession of the lands of Newtown Castle Byrne, starting with Robert Byrne Esq[uire] of Cabinteely, who leased it to Reverend John Burrowes of Prospect, following which the lands were then held in fee farm grant to the trustee John Pilsworth Burrowes in 1855, and later in fee simple and interest in the fee farm grant to clergymen with the trustee Thomas Morrissey.
It then continues to explain the nature of the lands being held in fee simple and fee farm grant.
