The ledger records the amount of money (stipends) accruing from ‘masses received as per the large book’ (see CA KK/1/1/3/2) and ‘masses applied or sent away’ (said by the community, said in the [Poor Clare] Convent, and sent to the Provincial Minister. The ledger is periodically signed by the guardian and by the Provincial Minister at visitations.
