Draft letter regarding house property 15, 17, 19 and 21 Matthews Court, Temple Road in Blackrock. Mrs Louisa Forde had land leased to her in 1900 for a term of sixty years. ‘The rent she pays goes to the support of the St Joseph’s College which is a college for the preparation and theological education of students aspiring to the R[oman] C[atholic] Priesthood, which is a charitable object’.

Document granting faculties to erect Stations of the Cross in the Chapel and elsewhere in Blackrock. Text in Latin.
