Bolger a RC Chaplain, claimed he was entitled to part of this estate as he was the legatee of his sister who had an interest. This brought the CPs into the case. Mr. Justice Wylie, rejected on a technicality the CP claims and ruled that Father Bolger was entitled to the £461. Solrs. did't think that an appeal would succeed , and if it didn't the CPs would be about £24 out of pocket..
