Also Declaration by James Andrew Christie Millar, living in Melbourne, Colony of Victoria, Australia. Alexander Burrowes of Ferensboro, County Longford, who was Sydney Robert's grandfather, left money and lands to his son, Thomas Robert Burrowes, father of Sydney Robert Burrowes. Now proceeds from the Blackrock property, also known as the Pilsworth Trust, is due. There is a lot of information on the role of the Burrowes family in relation to the Pilsworth Blackrock property.

Marriage 'Settlement on the Intermarriage of William Pilsworth Esq[uire] with Miss Martha Mary Burrowes', relating to property at Blackrock. The description on the reverse reads 'In Chancery: In the matter of the Trustee Act 1850 Ex parte Edward Pilsworth a minor & o[the]rs. This is the deed referred to in the Affidavit of Charles Cavanagh, sworn before me this 30th day of June 1853. MDM. Charles Cavanagh'. Martha Mary Burrowes was the eldest daughter of Reverend John Burrowes. The marriage settlement names various members of the Burrowes and Pilsworth families, as well as lands in Counties Longford and Westmeath, and land in Dublin, including Prospect in Blackrock.
The settlement is signed and accompanied by wax seals by William Pilsworth, Edward Pilsworth and Martha Mary Burrowes.
