Prov. comments on Fr Carnillus action as regards his being ill. He comments on the negative result of the water boring He agrees with Rector's decision not to go ahead. He suggests that the present water supply CAN be so treated that it will be satisfactory. It has been done elsewhere, so it can be done at Graan. Concludes with New Year wishes.
