Counterpart lease on property at Temple Road, in the town of Blackrock, in the parish of Monkstown, in the borough of Dun Laoghaire, in the barony of Rathdown, by Reverend John Carr CM and other Vincentian priests to the tenant Christopher Gregory, Dublin dairy proprietor.
