Mount Argus; Faculties: MS letter from Fr. L.W.Forde, Archiopiscipal Vicariate, Westland Row, Dublin to Fr. Alphonsus O,Neill, Rector, Mount Argus, concerning the faculties given (via a Passionist) to a Rev. Mr. O;Higgins, now gone, the writer thinks, to Liverpool. Lest there be a misunderstanding, the paper is to be interpreted as hitherfore until the promulgation of new diectives on the matter.
