Concerning an applicant to Glenstal called Patrick O Connor, who had applied previously to The Columbans at Dalgan Park, County Galway. The present day Dalgan Park is now in Navan, Co. Meath. The name moved with the relocation of the Columbans to Navan.

A wooden crucifix used by Fr. Theobald Mathew OSFC. The underside of the base has a manuscript annotation: ‘Father Mathew’s Cross, used in his sick calls &c and in cholera cases, 1831-2’.
