(1902-1979) titled ‘The Irish Capuchins in Cape Town and Zambia / from virgin mission territory to diocese’, published in 'The Capuchin Annual' (1975). The file includes images of Capuchin friars, Franciscan Missionary Sisters, hospitals, clinics and schools established by religious congregations, and locals availing of care and education at these establishments. Photographic prints compiled for an article by T.F. O’Sullivan titled ‘The Big House’, published in 'The Capuchin Annual' (1977). The file includes prints of the interior and exterior of Borris House, the ancestral home of the MacMurrough Kavanaghs in County Carlow, and a depilated shopfront possibly in Borris. The prints are credited to T.F. O’Sullivan. The file also includes images of Glashganny Lock on the River Barrow.

A file containing ‘Lastre a gelatine bromuro d’argento … di Cappelli, Milano’ box containing four large plate reproductions of an original manuscript. The box cover gives two dates of 1906 and 1911 (probably company awards). A faint manuscript annotation on the box reads: ‘Catalogo Campione’. The manuscript is titled on the first plate: ‘De haeresis Anglicanae in Iberniam intrusione et progressu, et de Bell Catholico ad annum 1641 caepto, exindeque per aliquot gesto, Commentarius’. The plates are images of the original copy of the ‘Commentarius Rinuccinanus’ held in the Archivio Storico Milano. The original text was destroyed in a bombing raid on Milan during the Second World War.

File relating to temperance meetings and demonstrations organised by various trade and workingmen’s associations in Dublin. Includes handbills, fliers for meetings held in Father Mathew Hall, Church Street, Dublin, and letters to Fr. Aloysius Travers OSFC from the Operative Plasters’ Society, the Painters’ Trade Union and the Irish National Foresters’ Benefit Society. With a complete copy of 'The Drapers’ Assistant, the Official Journal of the Irish Drapers’ Assistants’ Benefit and Protective Association', IV, no. 2 (May 1906).

Views of Parliament Bridge, George's Quay, Sullivan's Quay and Buckingham Place as seen from Holy Trinity Friary on Father Mathew Quay in Cork. An annotation on one of the prints reads ‘Parliament Bridge as seen from Fr. Guardian’s room, Holy Trinity, Cork, 1950’. A copy of the Parliament Bridge image is also extant at CA CP/1/1/1/1/37.

Advertisements from the 'Irish Times' (5 Mar. 1927), the 'Londonderry Sentinel' (15 Dec. 1928) and the 'Derry Journal' (24 Apr. 1929) for the sale of ‘the well-known and historical mansion of Ards and its demesne’. The 'Irish Times' advertisement includes a brief account of the Stewart-Bam ownership of the estate. The 'Sentinel' article advertises a ‘two-day dispersal sale of stock, crop, farming implements’ and other sundries at the Ards Estate farmyard on 19-20 Dec. 1928. The 'Derry Journal' advertisement itemizes the contents of the house (including furniture, oil portraits, silver, linen and ‘an extensive library of books’) which will be offered for sale at a series of auctions from 6 May 1929.
