Asks very nicely for the repayment of £4.000 loaned 10 years ago.They need the cash to procure a neighbouring factory for £3,500 in order to save their own property. The document is inscribed Mount Argus Estate. It also contains reference to a Miss Ball, who probably is the foundress of the Loretto SIsters.
