For 4 years he has paid £10 per year to keep Joseph Kelly (the brother of Michael Kelly, an employee) in a Glasnevin orphanage. The 4th year's £10 has to be reimbursed to O'Callaghan (from bequest of Mr. Rochford). He claims this £10 now.
