O’Brien, Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago and President of the Catholic Church Extension Society who is due to celebrate his Golden Jubilee. He believes this would be the most striking gift which will be received. Bishop O’Brien’s parents came from Ireland and he has much affection for the country.
