Manuscript annotations refer to the mortgages on said premises. The sketch map is drawn onto a printed map of premises in Christ Church Place at the junction of Fishamble Street in Dublin. The reverse is annotated in pencil with a sketch of various premises and plots off Church Street and endorsed with the names of the various owners and lessors.
