Reference is made to the possible inconvenience and disruption which may be caused to Phelan’s adjoining business. The Capuchin friars agreed to pay Phelan £50 as a consideration for his granting rights to enter onto his property for the purpose of erecting scaffolding at the gable end of 47 Walkin Street and for the demolition of the existing boundary wall between the two premises.
