Letters to Fr. Flannan Downing OFM Cap., guardian, Holy Trinity Friary, Cork, regarding a quotation for the installation of speakers, microphones and loud speaker equipment at Holy Trinity Church, Cork. With a sketch plan of the Church indicating the positions of the said speaker equipment.

This section includes various books and journals of account (for example, ledgers of accounts paid, day books, and cash receipts). The records detail annual audits and routine household and community expenditure. The series also includes records relating to tax returns and bills (mainly property and municipal taxes), and insurance policies covering fire, engineering and public liabilities.

Cash receipts book for the Capuchin friars, Holy Trinity Friary. The book provides details of income derived from ministries, mass stipends and collections, alms, bequests, pensions and various donations to the community. The accounts are periodically signed by Fr. Anthony Boran OFM Cap., Provincial Bursar. Monthly summaries of receipts for the years 1980-81 are provided at the end of the volume. Certificate of Mrs Callaghan’s membership of the Happy Death and Purgatorial Society attached to Holy Trinity Church, Cork. The certificate notes that Mrs Callaghan is a promoter of the said Society. The certificate is signed by Fr. Justin Hyland OFM Cap., guardian. Photographic prints of the exterior and interior of the Church are extant on the certificate.
