A view of the small mortuary chapel commissioned and designed in 1857 by Charles Bianconi (1786-1875) on the death of his daughter. An annotation on the reverse of the print reads 'Bianconi's Mortuary Chapel / In this small chapel, near Cashel (at Boherlahan, County Tipperary) lies the remains of Charles Bianconi, of stage coach fame. He had this chapel erected as a family burial ground'.

A photographic print of an aerial view of Penrose Quay, Cork, in the early 1930s. The sailing ship (a four-masted barque) in the foreground is believed to be the 'Moshulu'. The steamship in the background is the ‘Innisfallen’, built in 1930 for the City of Cork Steam Packet Company. The ‘Innisfallen’ was lost during the Second World War when she struck a mine off Wirral Shore whilst sailing to Liverpool.

The clippings relate to the repatriation and reburial of the bodies of Fr. Albert Bibby OFM Cap. and Fr. Dominic O’Connor OFM Cap. in the cemetery of the Capuchin Friary, Rochestown, County Cork in 1958. Some of the clippings also refer to the unveiling of a memorial at the Capuchin Retreat House in Raheny, Dublin, on 14 June 1959. ‘The memorial is a life-sized Calvary in re-constituted stone. It was modelled by Neff Brothers of Cork, and was donated by Mr. Eamonn Martin, former Chief of Staff of Fianna Eireann, an organization in which the two priests were keenly interested’
