A photograph of Moore Abbey in Monasterevin in County Kildare. Moore Abbey was leased to John McCormack in 1925. McCormack resided in the house until 1938 after which negotiations for the sale of the property commenced. It was subsequently acquired by the Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary, a religious order of nuns, who took up residence in about 1946.
