Assignment from Mary Deegan, Walkin Street, to Fr. Patrick Ignatius Collins OFM Cap. and Fr. Denis Thaddeus Field OFM Cap., Capuchin Friary, Kilkenny, of a dwelling house and premises situated on Walkin Street. The deed recites that Kate Horner (died 17 Aug. 1933) was possessed of premises on Walkin Street held on a monthly or weekly tenancy from the Corporation of Kilkenny. Mary Deegan, as Kate Horner’s executrix, agrees to sell the deceased’s interest in the premises subject to the payment of rent and the performance of the tenant’s obligations for £100. With copy memoranda of agreement and copy probate of Mary Kate Horner dated 10 Oct. 1933.

The deed assigns all the real estate and leasehold property situated in Kilkenny city formerly belonging to James Montgomery Blair and which were bequeathed to Jeremiah Easter by the aforementioned will to his daughters Frances and Grace Blair.
