Copy deed of election and covenants relating to an annuity of £50 granted by Thomas Douglas Yourell, Smithfield, to Rosetta Yourell, 8 Bessborough Terrace, payable out of the rents of properties, including 47 North King Street, and the lands of Broomfield, County Dublin. The agreement affirms that nothing within the said deed should interfere with the power of sale conferred upon Thomas Douglas Yourell in the will of John Yourell dated 26 July 1862. The instructions mainly relate to the payment of the purchase price and to the need for a declaration that the original lease (1 July 1869) has been lost. The direction was prepared by James W. Nagle, 38 North Frederick Street, Dublin.
