The agreement affirms that nothing within the said deed should interfere with the power of sale conferred upon Thomas Douglas Yourell in the will of John Yourell dated 26 July 1862. Copy Counsel’s Directions on Title in relation to the sale of 47-50 North King Street, purchased from the Capuchin friars by Walter and Daniel Murphy on 30 Oct. 1883.
