PHILIP Coughlin, Provincial, re a proposed CP foundation at Skaehard (Skahard), (seemingly in the Parish of Loughlynn, Castlerea). PP will not hear of a public church. The land properly worked should support the House. Presently held grazing rights present some difficulty.
