Devine, C.P. Arthur: copy of original document in Highgate Archives. Certificate from Dr. John Capocetti that Fr. Arthur Devine was then suffering from chronic and acute alcoholism.This is a sealed translation by Fr. Peter Paul (del Principe). See item located at 1/6/5/28 (serial no. 8237). Letter to Provincial asking whether an embargo should be placed on this doucument? He issued verbal instructions that it should not so be.
